6 Swimming under water, extended forward and legs for a distance of (10) meters
7 Back-legged butterfly swimming for reasonable duration

9 Stand in the deep with the hands raised up for (30) seconds
10 Knowing the compatibility between the strokes of the legs, hands and breath in butterfly swimming
